About

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in California with experience providing therapy, comprehensive psychological evaluations, and forensic assessments. I live in Southern California and have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, evidence based care, and genuine respect for each person's unique experiences.

Hello and welcome. I'm glad you're here.

I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and understanding. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore difficult emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and build on your existing strengths.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, stress, and other emotional challenges. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. My approach is neurodiversity affirming, recognizing that neurological differences are not deficits to be fixed but unique ways of experiencing and interacting with the world. Together, we can identify strategies that honor your strengths, reduce barriers, and help you thrive both personally and professionally.

I integrate evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other interventions tailored to your individual needs, goals, and preferences.

Whether you are seeking support during a difficult period, working through long standing patterns, navigating the unique experiences of neurodivergence, or striving for personal growth, I am committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care that helps you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and lasting well being. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and a more fulfilling life.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My passion for working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals comes from recognizing that many have spent years feeling misunderstood, judged, or expected to fit into environments that were not designed with their unique ways of thinking and experiencing the world in mind. I believe that therapy should not focus on changing who you are, but rather on understanding how your brain works, honoring your strengths, and helping you build a life that aligns with your values and goals.

I am especially passionate about helping adults who received a diagnosis later in life, are questioning whether they may be neurodivergent, or have spent years masking their authentic selves to meet others' expectations. Many of these individuals have experienced anxiety, burnout, self doubt, or relationship challenges that stem not from being neurodivergent, but from living in environments where they felt they had to hide who they are.

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and evidence based. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe exploring your experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical strategies for navigating daily challenges, and cultivate greater self understanding and self acceptance. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling empowered, confident, and equipped to build a life that reflects who you truly are rather than who you have felt expected to be.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I believe that every neurodivergent individual brings unique strengths, perspectives, creativity, and problem solving abilities that deserve to be recognized and celebrated. My role is not to change who you are, but to help you better understand yourself, identify what allows you to thrive, and build upon the qualities that make you uniquely you.

My approach is neurodiversity affirming, compassionate, and collaborative. Rather than viewing differences through a deficit based lens, I focus on helping clients recognize their existing strengths while developing practical strategies that support their goals in work, relationships, education, and everyday life. Together, we explore ways to reduce unnecessary barriers, honor your individual needs, and create environments that allow your strengths to flourish.

I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted without the pressure to mask or conform to others' expectations. Whether you are exploring your identity, navigating burnout, improving executive functioning, strengthening relationships, or building self confidence, therapy is guided by your values and priorities. My goal is to help you develop greater self understanding, self acceptance, and confidence so you can live authentically and reach your full potential on your own terms.
