Hello and welcome! I am glad you are taking this important step with Prosper Health. I look forward to going through this collaborative, supportive, respectful, and Neuro-Affirmative assessment with you. I am licensed as a psychologist in Virginia and Pennsylvania and practice telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT Commission in over 40 states and DC. In the past I have completed autism assessments for the Virginia Department of Health and behavioral health evaluations for Disability Determination Services, Veterans Administration, and Department of Corrections. I have provided treatment to college students, veterans, geriatric patients, adults, and children spanning from 9 months old to 99 years old. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
Working with autistic adults is a rewarding and transformative experience. This work offers a fresh perspective on the world and the joy in celebrating each individual's uniqueness and strengths. Each day is a new and exciting journey due to their genuineness, innovative problem solving, and intense curiosity.
I work on collaboratively finding the path forward that allows each person to bring to the forefront what has been hidden and masked. In doing so this allows for the celebration of your strengths and the confidence in your ability to navigate challenges while sharing your most authentic self. I focus on compassion with clarity during this process.
