About
Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Savannah, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Florida and Wisconsin. Passionate about fostering authentic growth and self-understanding, I focus on creating a warm, empowering, and unmasking-friendly space where you can show up fully as yourself. As a clinician, my drive comes from honoring lived experiences, recognizing inherent strengths, and partnering with clients to navigate life’s complexities on their own terms. Whether we are exploring values, building practical self-accommodation tools, or working through life transitions, I am committed to providing care that is deeply personalized, compassionate, and aligned with what matters most to you.
What led me to specialize in working with neurodivergent and autistic clients is a deep-seated commitment to neuroaffirming care—an approach that honors neurodivergence not as a collection of deficits to be fixed, but as a natural, valuable dimension of human diversity. In my practice, I’ve seen how often neurodivergent adults are expected to mask, compromise their well-being, or fit into neuronormative frameworks that simply weren't built for them.
I wanted to provide something different: a space where lived experience is central, self-determination is prioritized, and your unique processing style, communication preferences, and sensory needs are deeply respected. I am constantly inspired by the resilience and distinct strengths within the neurodivergent community. My goal as a clinician is to partner with you in an unmasking-friendly environment—helping you dismantle internalized expectations, honor your authentic self, and build personalized accommodations so you can navigate the world on your own terms.
I prioritize an affirming, strengths-based approach that actively rejects deficit-based models and forced masking. I view neurodivergence as a natural and valuable aspect of human diversity, and my goal is to create an unmasking-friendly space where your lived experience, unique communication style, and sensory profile are fully honored and respected.
To support your self-determination, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through an explicitly neuroaffirming lens. We utilize ACT to help you untangle from neuronormative expectations, process masking burnout, and reconnect with your core values. Hand-in-hand, we adapt DBT skills to focus on practical self-accommodation, sensory regulation, and self-advocacy—equipping you with concrete tools to navigate overwhelm and set healthy boundaries without sacrificing your authenticity.
