About
Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Dr. Sarah Woldoff, and I am a licensed psychologist in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Colorado. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being, self-understanding, and personal growth.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field, I specialize in autism spectrum disorders, neurodivergence, and neuropsychology. I have extensive experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment and diagnosis, and I am committed to providing thoughtful, comprehensive, and individualized care.
My goal is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where individuals can better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and gain the insight and tools they need to thrive.
was drawn to working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals because I believe that understanding how someone’s brain works can be incredibly empowering. Too often, neurodivergent individuals have spent years feeling misunderstood, being told they need to “fit in,” or questioning why certain things seem more challenging for them than for others.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with many autistic and neurodivergent individuals and witnessing how transformative the right diagnosis, understanding, and support can be. I’m passionate about helping people recognize that being neurodivergent is not something that needs to be “fixed.” Rather, it is an important part of understanding who they are.
My approach is rooted in compassion, affirmation, and a deep belief in each person’s potential. Rather than focusing primarily on challenges or trying to change the way someone thinks, communicates, or experiences the world, I focus on understanding and building upon their individual strengths.
I believe that meaningful growth begins with feeling seen, understood, and accepted for who you are. Together, we explore each individual’s unique strengths, interests, values, and ways of experiencing the world, while also identifying the supports and strategies that can help them thrive.
