About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in North Carolina, dedicated to supporting individuals through their unique journeys of healing and growth. With a background rooted in client-centered therapy, I am passionate about creating a respectful and compassionate space where clients feel truly heard and valued. My approach combines evidence-based modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Before becoming a therapist, I studied Buddhist psychology and yoga, which enrich my understanding of inner resilience and the capacity for transformative change. I live and work in North Carolina, and I feel privileged to walk alongside my clients as they explore their paths toward greater well-being.

Education & Licensure

Treatment Approach

My deep desire to help others stems from a profound belief in the innate potential for healing within each person. I am continually inspired by the human capacity for grace, resilience, and growth. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can access their inner wisdom and strength, facilitating meaningful change. I am motivated by the hope that, through compassionate listening and presence, I can help others uncover their own capacity to live fully and authentically. My interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent clients grew from my curiosity and admiration for the diversity of human minds and ways of experiencing the world. I believe that everyone’s neurological makeup offers unique strengths, insights, and perspectives. Supporting neurodivergent individuals has allowed me to deepen my understanding of different ways of processing, communicating, and thriving. I am committed to affirming and empowering neurodivergent clients, recognizing their inherent worth and supporting their journey toward realizing their full potential.

My approach centers on recognizing and building upon each individual’s strengths rather than focusing solely on challenges. I believe that everyone possesses an inner resilience and capacity for growth, and my role is to nurture and affirm these qualities. Through compassionate, client-centered support, I work collaboratively with clients to identify what is meaningful for them and to develop practical strategies for moving forward. I aim to create a warm and affirming environment where clients feel empowered to explore their identities, harness their strengths, and achieve their personal goals.
