About

Hi! My name is Roxana Rodriguez, I currently live in Miami, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. My work is guided by the belief that every individual has the capacity for resilience and healing. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients can explore their challenges, deepen their self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.

Education & Licensure
Bachelors in Psychology, Florida International University; Master in Social Work, Western Carolina University
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I have always been passionate about understanding and honoring the many different ways people experience and interact with the world. Too often, neurodivergent individuals are misunderstood, overlooked, or made to feel that they need to change who they are in order to fit in. I believe therapy should be a space where people feel accepted as they are while receiving support in navigating the challenges they face. Working with neurodivergent clients is meaningful to me because it allows me to support individuals in living more authentically and creating lives that align with their needs, values, and goals.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My approach is rooted in the belief that every person has inherent strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth. Rather than focusing solely on challenges or deficits, I work collaboratively with clients to identify and build upon the qualities, skills, and experiences that have helped them navigate life thus far. My goal is to support clients in recognizing what is already working, building confidence in their abilities, and creating meaningful change from a place of self-acceptance rather than self-criticism. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where clients are the experts on their own experiences and I serve as a guide, partner, and source of support along the way.
