About
Hello and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Dr. Rochelle Sykes, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Arizona and Connecticut. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, mood concerns, life transitions, and neurodiversity. I take an integrative, evidence-based approach and tailor my work to fit your unique needs and goals.I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My goal is to work alongside you to deepen your self-understanding, build practical skills, and help you move toward a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
My interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent adults comes from a deep respect for the many ways people think, experience, and move through the world. I have seen how many adults reach a point where they are seeking clarity and a better understanding of themselves, often after years of feeling misunderstood or overlooked.I am passionate about supporting you in making sense of your experiences and gaining insight that feels validating and empowering. Whether you are seeking answers, clarity, or self-understanding, I aim to provide a thoughtful and respectful space for that process.
I take a strengths-based and affirming approach in all of my work. I believe that your differences are not deficits, but important parts of who you are. My focus is on helping you recognize your strengths, understand your patterns, and develop strategies that support your daily life in a way that works for you.I prioritize listening, collaboration, and authenticity so you feel comfortable showing up as yourself. My goal is for you to leave with greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and tools that help you navigate the world with confidence and clarity.
