Hello, I'm Dr. Robin Wisniewski. I live in Colorado and hold two active licenses: clinical psychologist in Ohio and school psychologist in Colorado. I've spent more than 25 years as a psychologist across schools and communities, and I've led hundreds of evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. You deserve a clear picture of how you think, how you move through the world with others, and what comes next. I am a partner on your journey.
My connection to the autistic community is professional and personal. I respect neurodiversity, and I work to change systems that exclude people. Many autistic adults spent years being told they were the problem, handed wrong explanations of themselves. I chose this work because I want to ask better questions, reflect on what I hear with the person in front of me, and turn understanding into next steps together.
My approach starts with what you have already noticed about yourself. My work is to bring structure to it and reflect back what I am hearing. Your way of communicating and connecting carries genuine strengths, and naming those accurately matters as much as naming challenges. I share my thinking as I go and every finding comes with a next step.
