About

I work with individuals and couples on the autism spectrum to learn effective skills to better understand and relate to themselves and others. My goal is to help you discover the unique strengths that enable your best and most authentic self. For almost 25 years it has been my privilege to work with those who are neurodivergent. No matter what you struggle with, I would love to help you on your journey of growth and change!

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

As the mother of a young adult with autism, I am personally acquainted with the challenges those on the spectrum and their families face. Along the way, I have learned so much about the importance of helping individuals find their voice and be empowered to thrive in every aspect of life.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I believe everyone has strength and abilities that make them unique. As I listen to each individual’s experiences and create a space where they feel understood, I work to help them use those strengths to conquer difficulties that keep them from having their best life.
