Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic and neurodivergent clients comes from a deep respect for neurodiversity and the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of each individual. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to be themselves. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges, recognize their strengths, build meaningful relationships, and develop strategies that support their well-being and daily lives. Together, we can honor your individual journey and work toward a life in which you feel valued, confident, and able to thrive.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I bring an affirming, compassionate, and strength-based approach to my work by recognizing and building upon each client’s unique abilities, perspectives, and lived experiences. Rather than focusing on deficits, I seek to understand what is already working and help clients identify the strengths they can draw upon as they pursue their goals.

‍

I prioritize active listening, genuine respect, and validation so that each person feels seen, valued, and accepted. My goal is to create a safe environment where clients can express themselves authentically, develop greater confidence, and recognize their capacity for growth. Together, we can build on existing strengths and support each individual in realizing their full potential.
