About
Hello! I am a clinical psychologist who is licensed in Georgia and Florida. I also am authorized to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology under PSYPACT in eligible states. I live in Georgia, but I'm originally from the mid-Atlantic where I completed by undergraduate and graduate training in Maryland and West Virginia.
I am trained in clinical child psychology, and I initially started completing neurodevelopmental evaluations for children and adolescents. I enjoyed working with parents, caregivers, and the entire family unit as part of this process, and I came to realize it can be very difficult for adults to obtain thorough autism evaluations with well-trained providers. I have worked hard to expand my understanding and knowledge of neurodivergence and autism and their impacts throughout the lifespan.
My extensive training in early development allows me to conceptualize an adult's experience within the context of their life, with a particular focus on each person's resiliency and strengths. My background in therapy and psychological research informs my affirming assessment approach, as my goal throughout the evaluation process is to identify individualized supports that will support each client's values. Additionally, as a multiracial psychologist, I highly value the role of cultural context in understanding neurodivergence, and I am dedicated to conducting developmentally- and culturally-informed psychological assessment.
