Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves through thoughtful, comprehensive evaluations that recognize each person's unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to create a warm, respectful environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story and confident that you will be heard.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

What drew me to this work is a deep belief that understanding changes everything. I have dedicated my career to helping autistic and neurodivergent individuals better understand themselves through evaluations that are compassionate, comprehensive, and individualized. I know how meaningful it can be when someone takes the time to truly listen, ask thoughtful questions, and see the whole person. My hope is that every evaluation provides not only answers, but also a greater sense of clarity and self-understanding.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I believe that an affirming evaluation begins with understanding the whole person. I recognize that there is no one "right" way to be autistic, and I approach every evaluation with openness rather than assumptions. Rather than focusing solely on areas of difficulty, I take time to recognize each individual's unique strengths, abilities, interests, and ways of experiencing the world. My goal is to provide an evaluation that is respectful, collaborative, and grounded in current evidence while honoring your lived experience. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, knowing that your experiences will be met with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.
