Hello and thanks for stopping by! My name is Rebecca Burnheimer, and I am a Licensed Psychologist in multiple states, currently living in central Pennsylvania. One of the most enjoyable professional specialties for me is providing assessment and evaluation. My approach is warm, validating, and understanding while addressing all aspects of the clinical interview in the process.
I am especially interested in working with autistic adults because of personal experiences with family members and close friends in the autism community who have had difficulties accessing appropriate evaluation and treatment. Individuals with autism are some of the strongest, most vibrant, intelligent, and unique humans, and I am honored to be able to help you any way that I can on your journey.
My goal in our work together is to be sure to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable discussing your experience, allowing you to feel heard and empowered. I look forward to helping you to identify your strengths in order to guide you toward the next step in achieving your goals.
