About
Hi there, my name is Rachel and I am a therapist who is passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. I’m licensed in Massachusetts and currently based there where I’ve spent my career working with individuals navigating life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. My path into this work began with a passion for understanding people—their stories, strengths, and struggles—and that passion continues to drive me today. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly heard. I’m continually inspired by the courage clients bring to therapy, and I strive to offer a safe, grounding space where growth feels supported and possible.
I was drawn to working with autistic and neurodiverse adults after witnessing how often their strengths, needs, and inner experiences were overlooked or misunderstood. The more I learned, the more I felt compelled to create a space where neurodiverse individuals could feel genuinely seen, validated, and supported. I’m inspired by the honesty, creativity, and unique ways of thinking that neurodivergent clients bring to therapy, and I’m passionate about helping them navigate a world that isn’t always built with them in mind.
I bring an affirming and strength-based approach to my work by focusing on what each client already carries within them—resilience, creativity, insight, and the ability to grow in ways that feel authentic to who they are. Rather than concentrating on “fixing” challenges, I help clients recognize and build upon the strengths that have supported them throughout their lives. My goal is to create a space where people feel genuinely valued for their differences, not in spite of them. Grounded in compassion and respect, I work collaboratively with clients as they learn to trust their own abilities, embrace their identity, and move toward their fullest potential.
