About
Hello, My name is Rachel and I currently live in Massachusetts. I am licensed to practice in MA and am very passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity—I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore our thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we’ll work at your pace to understand patterns, build resilience, and help you move toward meaningful change and personal growth. My goal is to provide a calm, caring space where you can talk openly and feel supported. I know that reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I want to honor that by meeting you where you are—without judgment. I would enjoy having the opportunity to get to know you and support you in finding balance and a deeper sense of well-being.
My decision to specialize in working with autistic adults came from a respect for the diversity of human experience and the unique strengths that neurodivergent individuals bring to the world. Over time, I saw how often autistic adults feel misunderstood or overlooked—especially when navigating relationships, work, or self-identity—and I wanted to create a space where they could feel fully accepted and supported. Helping clients discover their authentic voice and build fulfilling lives on their own terms is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
I believe therapy should be a space where those strengths are recognized, celebrated, and built upon—not where individuals are defined by challenges or deficits. My approach is rooted in compassion and affirmation, focusing on understanding each person’s unique way of experiencing the world and supporting them as they harness their abilities to create meaningful, fulfilling lives. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they deepen their self-understanding, embrace their authenticity, and realize their full potential.
