About
Hello and Welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with 15+ years in the field. You deserve to feel genuinely heard, accepted, and free to be yourself. I strive to create a space where your voice is respected, and you feel safe to unmask. We will explore together what you’re experiencing, what matters most to you, and what might help. My approach is warm and collaborative; I draw from evidence-based and strengths-based approaches, and am committed to co-creating strategies that work best for you.
My motivation stems from working with a variety of neurodivergent adults who have felt overwhelmed, pressured, unsupported, or unable to access relevant mental health care. As someone who also identifies as neurodivergent, I feel both a personal and professional connection to this work. I understand how meaningful it can be to feel validated and accepted, especially if you have spent years feeling misunderstood. I’m passionate about helping neurodivergent adults develop greater self-compassion, recognize their strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
I believe you are your own best expert. My role is to walk alongside you as we explore your goals, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and right for you at this time. Whether you’re dealing with stress or burnout, navigating relationships, or simply seeking to better understand yourself; I hope therapy is a space where you feel affirmed in being true to you. Together, we can build on your strengths and find strategies that help you feel more confident and empowered.
