About
Hello and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. My name is Oscar, and I currently live in Pennsylvania, where I am licensed to provide counseling services. My path into this field comes from a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, more meaningful lives. As a former Marine, coach, and counselor, I’ve spent much of my life in roles centered on service, growth, and leadership. As a clinician, I believe in creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. My approach is collaborative and practical, focusing on building resilience, developing healthy coping skills, and helping you reconnect with your values and strengths. I understand that every person’s journey is different, and my goal is to meet you where you are and support you as you move toward the life you want to live.
I chose to work with autistic and neurodivergent clients because I’ve seen how often they are misunderstood, overlooked, or forced to fit into systems that were not built with them in mind. Throughout my work as a counselor, coach, and mentor, I’ve met many individuals who were incredibly intelligent, creative, and capable, yet struggled because the world expected them to think, communicate, or process emotions in a certain way. Those experiences shaped my desire to create a space where neurodivergent clients feel accepted, respected, and supported exactly as they are.I believe neurodiversity is not something to be “fixed,” but understood and supported. My goal is to help clients build practical skills, increase confidence, and navigate relationships, work, and daily life in ways that honor their unique strengths and needs. I approach this work with patience, structure, and compassion, focusing on what works for each individual rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s important to me that every client feels safe, heard, and empowered. Together, we can build tools, routines, and strategies that make life more manageable and meaningful, while celebrating the qualities that make you who you are.
My approach is simple: I focus on what’s strong, not what’s wrong.I believe every person already has strengths, resilience, and value. My role is to help you recognize those strengths, organize them, and build practical tools around them so you can function with more confidence and clarity. I create a space that is affirming, direct, and compassionate — where you feel understood, not judged.Growth happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself and supported enough to challenge yourself. I’m here to help you do both.
