About
Hi! Welcome to Prosper! My name is Nina Parker. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist from Pennsylvania. I have spent the last 25 years working with adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health challenges. I am passionate about supporting a person through their journey of self discovery in a way that is meaningful, person driven, and clinically responsible. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and wellness. My goal is to create a non- judgmental, collaborative space where a person can express themselves freely, address concerns, and gain insight into present patterns of thinking and behavior.
For the past 25 years, I have worked with autistic/neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. I have observed not only the unique challenges often facing the autistic community but also their strengths, skills, and one of a kind perspectives. Through my experience, I have developed a deep appreciation, compassion, and fondness for the autistic community and feel privileged to be able to provide a comprehensive evaluation to clarify diagnoses, assess current levels of functioning, and guide meaningful, person-centered treatment planning.
My therapeutic style is client-centered, drawing from strength-based approaches to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, collaborative environment where each person is encouraged to express themselves freely, gain insight, and work toward growth and wellness.
