About
Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Nicole and I'm a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. I am licensed in Pennsylvania and strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and respect. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful strategies for lasting change.
Every person's story is unique, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, celebrating progress while navigating challenges with empathy and intention. I look forward to supporting you as you move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
Working with autistic and neurodivergent clients has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work as a therapist. I was drawn to this specialty because I saw how many people had spent years feeling misunderstood, masking who they were, or trying to fit into expectations that didn't reflect their needs or strengths. Everyone deserves a space where they can be themselves without fear of judgment, and I strive to make therapy that kind of space.
My approach is neurodiversity affirming, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that neurodivergence is not something to be fixed. Instead, I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, identify what helps them thrive, and build practical strategies that support their goals. Whether we're exploring burnout, anxiety, executive functioning, relationships, sensory needs, or self-acceptance, I work alongside my clients to find solutions that fit who they are, not who they feel they should be.
I feel honored to support autistic and neurodivergent individuals as they develop greater self-understanding, confidence, and self-compassion while creating lives that align with their values and unique strengths.
I believe every person brings unique strengths, perspectives, and ways of experiencing the world, and those qualities deserve to be recognized and valued. My work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based approach that starts with understanding what is already working, what matters most to you, and how we can build on those foundations together. Rather than focusing on changing who you are, I help you identify your natural abilities, values, and interests so they can become tools for growth and well-being.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel accepted, respected, and empowered to show up authentically. Together, we'll explore ways to work with your brain instead of against it, celebrate your progress, and develop strategies that honor your unique needs and goals. I view therapy as a collaborative process that fosters self-understanding, confidence, and self-compassion, helping you recognize your strengths and use them to create a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Above all, I want my clients to leave therapy with a deeper appreciation for who they are, greater trust in themselves, and the confidence to advocate for the supports and environments that allow them to thrive.
