About

Hello,Thank you for allowing me to work with you. My name is Natasha but you can also call me Tasha. I currently live in Philadelphia but I am looking forward to moving back home soon to Florida. As a therapist, my focus is providing care locally and all around the world. I work with individuals and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next in their life. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, or difficulty with past experiences. Most times a meaningful change is needed and at that point, I am there to support along the way. Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure where to begin. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I offer a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected and understood.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I provide compassionate, individualized, and strengths-based therapy. I also use applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Person Centered Therapy to support positive behavior change and develop practical skills for everyday living situations. I previously used my therapeutic experience while working at my previous employment with individuals on the spectrum and with intellectual disabilities. My therapy approaches help create a supportive and nonjudgmental space.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My clients often come to therapy because they want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, develop healthier coping skills, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.I help those seeking therapy to build strength and adaptable skills to move towards their personal and professional goals. My approach in person-centered, career focused and strength-based therapy supports with creating a supportive environment where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
