Hello and Welcome! I'm Dr. Bellman-Seeskin and I'm a licensed psychologist in Texas, California and through PSYPACT. I provide mental health services both in-person and through telehealth. I have worked with adult clients of all ages, including college students, veterans, older adults and the LGBTQIA+ community. I specialize in assessment and treatment with those that are struggling with depression, bi-polar disorder, anxiety, grief & loss, life transitions, relationships, sexual-identity and trauma.
I am drawn to learn more about and work with autistic and neurodivergent individuals because of my own personal experiences in life and with people that are close to me. I work with clients to help them explore and uncover their inner strengths so that they can face life’s challenges with a sense of strength, confidence and well-being.
I believe that each client is the expert on themselves and has the answers they need within. As a psychologist who has made a career of working with underserved and marginalized communities, I believe that we can work together to ensure you to feel seen and heard, giving you the strength and freedom to realize your full potential.
