About

Hello! My name is Molly I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, where I provide therapy to individuals navigating the beautiful complexities of a neurodivergent world. My journey into this field was driven by a simple but powerful belief: therapy shouldn't force you to fit into a mold that wasn't built for you. Instead, I view my role as a collaborative partner, helping you discover and embrace how your unique brain works.

Education & Licensure
Bachelors in Psychology from Texas Tech University; Masters in Addictions Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My commitment to this work is deeply personal. For a long time, I didn't know I was neurodivergent myself, and I know firsthand what it feels like to sit in therapy rooms where you feel misunderstood or like you're trying to fit into a mold that just doesn't work. When I finally found support that truly understood how my brain functions, it changed everything. That profound sense of relief, safety, and validation is exactly what I strive to give back to my clients. My practice is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and collaboration. Together, we move away from "fixing" or masking, and instead focus on managing burnout, navigating sensory needs, exploring late-identification, and honoring your innate strengths.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I belong to this community and walk this path alongside you, which deeply fuels my commitment to a therapeutic process rooted in radical affirmation, deep compassion, and an unwavering belief in your full potential. Instead, my approach centers on reckoning with and building upon your inherent, unique strengths. I bring this affirming framework into the room by actively uncovering your natural blueprints—identifying the ways your mind already thrives through deep passions, intense focus, or creative problem-solving—and scaling those assets to fit your daily life. Together, we shift the conversation away from how you can alter yourself to fit a mold, focusing instead on collaborative accommodation to modify your environment and pacing to match your natural flow. Your lived experience is the ultimate authority in our sessions. You never have to mask or translate yourself here, because my goal is to support you as you fully step into who you are, honor your boundaries, and realize your highest potential on your own terms.
