About
Welcome. I'm glad you're here.Seeking support is an important step, and therapy can provide a space to explore what's most important to you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I'm here to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is rooted in Motivational Interviewing, a collaborative and compassionate style of therapy that honors you as the expert on your own life. Together, we'll explore your strengths, values, and goals while working through the barriers that may be holding you back. Rather than directing your path, I'll support you in discovering your own motivation and confidence to create the changes you want.I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Wherever you are in your journey, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
I was drawn to working with neurodivergent clients because I believe everyone deserves to be understood and supported for who they are not who they are expected to be. Too often, neurodivergent individuals have spent years feeling misunderstood, masking parts of themselves, or being told they need to fit into environments that weren't designed with them in mind.I value a strengths based, neurodiversity affirming approach that recognizes differences rather than deficits. My goal is to create a space where clients can feel safe being themselves while exploring their unique challenges, building on their strengths, and developing strategies that align with how their minds work. Using Motivational Interviewing, I partner with clients to help them identify what matters most to them and support meaningful change on their own terms. It's incredibly rewarding to witness clients gain confidence, embrace their authentic selves, and discover that they don't need to change who they are to thrive.
I believe the best therapy happens when clients feel seen, respected, and accepted for who they are. My role isn't to tell you who you should be it's to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and build a life that aligns with your values and goals.I take a neurodiversity affirming, strengths based approach, which means I don't view neurodivergence as something that needs to be "fixed." Instead, I work with you to understand how your unique brain works, identify what's already serving you well, and find practical strategies for the challenges you're facing. I value curiosity over judgment and collaboration over direction, trusting that you are the expert on your own life.I strive to create a space where you don't have to mask or pretend to be someone you're not. My hope is that you'll leave our work together with greater self-understanding, confidence, and the tools to advocate for your needs while embracing your authentic self.
