About

Welcome! I’m a compassionate psychotherapist who approaches therapy through a holistic, client-centered, strengths-based approach. I incorporate mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy to aid clients in connecting to their internal world and processing their thoughts and behaviors without judgment. I believe in empowering clients of various ages and backgrounds to begin their healing and have a better understanding of who they are and what they have to offer to the world. My passion is helping people grow, heal, and reach their best potential, and I'm here to support clients on their life’s journey.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I prioritize a person-centered, strengths-based approach to ensure that the people I meet with can completely be themselves and show up as they are in sessions. I want people to feel safe, empowered, and heard in sessions. I believe that everyone has the power within them to create the change they want to see in their lives and have the ability to navigate difficult situations and challenges. In sessions, you will find that I actively listen, validate thoughts and feelings, and help to provide additional tools and skills needed to be successful in life.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My motivation for working with autistic people comes from my understanding and deep belief that everyone deserves access to mental health care. I believe autistic people deserve to have a nonjudgmental space to openly express themselves and process their stressors. I want to provide a space where people feel safe to explore and foster a deeper understanding of themselves and their world. I strive to support individuals on their life’s journey and help them become the best version of themselves. My goal is to help people navigate the world, improve relationships with others and themselves, and be their authentic self.
