About
I’m a licensed mental health clinician based in Maryland, and my work is rooted in the belief that people heal best when they feel genuinely seen and understood. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from many different backgrounds, and I bring a warm, curious, and steady presence to the therapeutic space. I’m especially passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their inner strengths, and move through life with greater clarity and confidence.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a place where they can show up fully as themselves—without judgment, pressure, or the need to mask. As my career unfolded, I found myself especially drawn to working with autistic and neurodivergent clients. Their insight, creativity, and resilience continually inspire me, and I’m committed to offering care that honors who they are rather than trying to “fix” or reshape them.My dedication to this work is also informed by personal experience within my own family. Being close to neurodivergence in my everyday life has deepened my appreciation for the diversity of ways people think, feel, and move through the world. It has strengthened my commitment to providing affirming, respectful care that centers lived experience and supports people in embracing their full selves.
In therapy, I focus on what is already strong, capable, and resilient within each person. I believe healing begins with recognizing and nurturing those strengths—not just examining what feels painful or overwhelming. My approach is compassionate, affirming, and collaborative. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity, challenge limiting narratives, and build self‑trust at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. My goal is to help you grow into a fuller, more grounded version of yourself, supported by the strengths you already carry.
