I'm glad you're here! I am a licensed LPC in Texas and have been in the mental health field since 2009. I offer a space where you don’t have to mask or explain everything—where we can explore what’s going on and find tools that actually work for you. I bring a mix of compassion, humor, and practical strategies to help you feel more at ease in your mind and in the world.
I genuinely enjoy working with autistic clients because they bring such clarity, authenticity, and unique ways of understanding the world. As a parent of a teenager with autism and someone with experience supporting autistic students in a school setting, I bring both lived insight and practical knowledge to my work. I value creating a space where strengths are recognized, communication styles are honored, and clients feel truly seen and supported.
I believe therapy is most effective when it's built on a foundation of equality and empowerment. I'm not the expert on your life—you are. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your goals and build on your own strengths to create meaningful change.
