What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I am motivated to work with autistic/neurodivergent clients due to both my professional and personal experiences. Seeing neurodivergent clients over my 15 years as a psychologist as well as family members go from struggling to thriving with the right assistance has been inspirational to me and instilled in me the hope that I could help such individuals by providing that very assistance.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My clinical approach is both compassionate and collaborative with a focus on helping individual identify and utilize their strengths to overcome challenges.
