About
Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Marni, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
I am especially passionate about working with folks with Autism and ADHD. I appreciate that there is no single “right” way to think, learn, communicate, or experience the world.
As a clinician, I believe in creating a collaborative, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, identify your strengths, and build strategies that work for the way you think and experience the world. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to offering care that reflects that.
My motivation for working with folks with Autism and ADHD comes from a deep respect for neurodiversity and a belief that there is no single “right” way to think, learn, communicate, or experience the world. I am drawn to this work because I value supporting people in feeling understood as they are, rather than pressured to fit into narrow expectations.
I am inspired by the strengths, insight, and resilience that many neurodivergent individuals bring, as well as the challenges that can arise when navigating systems and environments not always designed with them in mind. My goal is to help clients build greater understanding of themselves and move toward lives that feel more authentic and sustainable.
I prioritize a collaborative, strengths-based, and affirming approach to care. I believe that each person brings unique strengths and lived experiences that can be supported and built upon in the therapeutic process.
I focus on listening closely to each client’s experience, honoring their perspective, and creating a space where they feel respected and supported without judgment. Together, we identify practical strategies that fit the way you think and function, with the goal of improving daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
