About
Hello and welcome—I’m glad you’re here. My name is Mark Radulich, and I’m a licensed therapist based in Florida, where I provide telehealth services across the state. I come to this work with a background in clinical mental health and a focus on helping people navigate real-life challenges with clarity and purpose. What drives me as a provider is simple: I believe people do better when they are understood, when things are made practical, and when the work we do together actually connects to your day-to-day life. When you work with me, you can expect a direct, grounded approach. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged or dismissed. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also help you move forward—whether that means building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, or working through patterns that are keeping you stuck. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. My role is to help you make sense of what’s going on and support you in building something more stable, functional, and meaningful over time.
My decision to work with autistic and neurodivergent clients comes from seeing how often people are misunderstood rather than truly supported. Too many clients have been told—directly or indirectly—that the goal is to “fix” who they are, instead of helping them function, communicate, and live in a way that actually works for them. That never sat right with me.I approach neurodivergence from a practical and respectful standpoint. I see differences in processing, communication, and behavior as things to understand and work with—not eliminate. What motivates me is helping you make sense of how your brain works, identify where things break down in daily life, and build systems and skills that make those areas more manageable. That might mean improving emotional regulation, strengthening social understanding, or creating structure that reduces stress and overwhelm. At the core, I do this work because I believe you deserve to be understood on your own terms—and to have support that actually fits your life, not someone else’s idea of what it should look like.
I take a strengths-based approach by starting with what already works for you—how you think, what you care about, where you’ve succeeded, and the ways you’ve adapted, even if it hasn’t always been recognized. Instead of focusing on what’s “wrong,” I work with you to understand your patterns and build on the abilities you already have. My role is to help you translate those strengths into tools you can use more consistently in your daily life.In practice, that means I listen carefully, ask direct questions, and help you make sense of your own experiences without judgment. I aim to create a space where you can be honest about what’s difficult while also recognizing what you’re doing right. From there, we build practical strategies—whether that’s improving communication, managing stress, or creating structure that fits how you naturally operate. My approach is grounded in respect and clarity. I’m not here to force you into a mold; I’m here to help you function more effectively as yourself. Over time, the goal is for you to feel more confident in how you navigate the world, with a clearer understanding of your strengths and how to use them to your advantage.
