Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

Many autistic individuals have to navigate a world that isn’t designed with their needs in mind, often causing them to become overlooked, misunderstood, dismissed, and misdiagnosed. I want to combat stereotypes, stigma, and discrimination. Working with autistic adults offers an opportunity to bridge the significant gap in healthcare and help address mental health from a neuroaffirming perspective. Thoughtful psychological evaluations can offer insight, validation, and a compassionate framework for self-understanding and accessing appropriate support. My goal is to provide accurate assessments and tailored therapeutic interventions that lead to better long-term outcomes and improved quality of life.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I hope to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space to foster authentic expression. My approach focuses on recognizing and building on existing strengths, developing insight, and nurturing self-acceptance. I aim for a process that is collaborative and grounded in respect for lived experience, to help people feel understood, empowered, and confident.
