What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?
My motivation for wanting to specialize in working with autistic/neurodivergent adults stems from a deep desire to work from a strengths based perspective in helping autistic/neurodivergent address their needs while feeling seen and heard.
How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?
I prioritize meeting each person where they are at. I recognize their unique individual set of needs and allow them to feel seen, heard, and understood.
