About
Hello! I am Lindsay and I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Colorado. I also have a PsyPact license which allows me to provide services to clients via Telehealth in 40+ states. I specialize in autism diagnostic assessment, with a strong commitment to providing compassionate, individualized, and strengths-based care. I aim to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. I'm also a published author on topics related to autism diagnosis and misunderstood and under-researched areas in autism.
My passion for working with neurodivergent people began very early in my training, and it has only deepened over time. I am continually inspired by the unique perspectives and strengths within the neurodivergent community. I am passionate about helping people harness their strengths while also understanding where they might benefit from making changes in life or acquiring additional support. I really enjoy helping people connect to useful resources for navigating life during the challenging times we live in.
In my work, I take an affirming, strengths-based approach that centers on each individual’s abilities, interests, and potential. I tailor assessments and recommendations to ensure they are meaningful and practical. My goal is to help clients build confidence, access resources, and create pathways toward growth and well-being.
