Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic and neurodivergent clients stems from a deep respect for neurodiversity and a passion for fostering a space where every individual feels valued and empowered. I am inspired by the strengths, perspectives, and resilience of the neurodivergent community, and I strive to provide support that honors each person’s unique experiences. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and develop skills that enhance their daily lives and relationships. Together, we can work toward a life where you feel understood, supported, and able to thrive.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I prioritize an affirming, strengths-based approach to ensure every individual feels seen, valued, and empowered. I believe that each client possesses unique strengths and abilities that can be harnessed to navigate challenges and achieve personal goals. By actively listening to their experiences and validating their feelings, I create a safe space for them to express themselves authentically. My approach is rooted in compassion, affirmation, and a commitment to supporting clients as they realize their full potential.
