About
Hello, and welcome! I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York. I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and navigate life's challenges with confidence. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we'll work toward meaningful, lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you.
I chose to work with autistic and neurodivergent clients because I value seeing each person as an individual rather than through the lens of a diagnosis. I appreciate the unique strengths, perspectives, and ways of thinking that neurodivergent individuals bring, and I am passionate about providing affirming, compassionate care that helps clients better understand themselves and thrive. My goal is to create a space where clients feel accepted, supported, and empowered to build on their strengths while navigating the challenges they may face.
I take a compassionate, affirming, and strengths-based approach to therapy, recognizing that each person brings unique strengths, resilience, and experiences to the therapeutic process. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work collaboratively with clients to build on their existing abilities, develop practical coping strategies, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns in ways that support meaningful growth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and confident as they work toward their personal goals.
