What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I am passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals. There are so many barriers to receiving validating mental health care and evaluation; your identity and neuro-spiciness should not be one of them.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I aim to prioritize what is most important to you; being an ally on the journey to discovering your strengths, validating struggles, and offering meaningful guidance for the "what now?" question.
