Hello. I'm a psychologist based in California. I have been supporting underrepresented individuals on their journey for over 20 years. My goal is to collaborate with you in order to clarify the diagnostic process and approach the evaluation from a holistic perspective.
I value people's differences and how it impacts self-understanding. I am inspired by these differences and view them as strengths and resiliency. It is important to work together to obtain greater clarity and confidence in moving forward with next steps that will aid in being able to prosper.
An affirming and strength-based approach includes being able to actively listen, feel seen and valued. It is important to focus on what is working, not just was isn't. This helps bring a more aligned and balanced perspective.
