Hi, I’m Laura. I’ve been a therapist for twenty years. Our work together will be a partnership: you bring expertise about yourself, and I offer motivation, support, and guidance as you move toward your goals. My approach is eclectic and grounded in research-based methods, tailored to your unique needs. I believe the body, mind, and spirit are connected, so our sessions may include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and breathwork. I will provide a safe, nurturing space where you can talk openly and show up as yourself—no masking required.
I have always been driven to support underserved communities. I’ve been especially drawn to the neurodivergent community because I believe being non-typical is not a deficit. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, recognizing neurodivergence as one of the many unique qualities that make you who you are.
I will meet you wherever you are in your journey and provide a kind, safe, supportive space to explore your goals. My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Together, we will build on your strengths, consider new possibilities, and support your growth as you challenge yourself.
