What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic adults stems from a deep respect for neurodiversity and desire to help you feel you are accepted and validate your path is the right path for your journey. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges, build from their strengths, and develop the tools to successfully reach their potential.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I prioritize an affirming and strengths-based approach to ensure everyone feels heard, seen, valued and accepted. I believe that each client possesses unique strengths and abilities that can be harvested to navigate difficulties and achieve personal success. I listen, reflect, and provide a safe space to process thoughts not heard.
