About

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California and I specialize in comprehensive psychological evaluations with a particular focus on autism spectrum disorder. I provide neurodiversity-affirming assessments designed to promote diagnostic clarity, highlight individual strengths, and support meaningful self-understanding. I have extensive experience working with the neurodiverse population from diverse backgrounds, including those who have been overlooked or misdiagnosed earlier in life. My approach is to work with you in a collaborative, respectful, and supportive manner, with careful attention to differential diagnosis and co-occurring conditions. I strive to produce evaluation reports that are clear, practical, and tailored to support personal, academic, occupational, and/or therapeutic goals.

Education & Licensure

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I have worked with autistic individuals for over a decade, and am constantly reminded of the unique insights, and approach to understanding and interacting in a sometimes less than inviting and unaccommodating world. I have seen how many people reach adulthood without having their experiences fully understood or accurately identified. Many adults have spent years feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or unsure of why certain things have felt harder than they are for peers. Providing thoughtful psychological evaluations gives the opportunity to offer clarity, validation, and a more compassionate framework for self-understanding. I value helping you better understand your strengths and any areas that you may want to further develop, and I aim to provide evaluations that feel respectful, affirming, and genuinely helpful for moving forward.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My approach is grounded in recognizing and building upon your strengths. I view assessment and clinical work as an opportunity to understand how you think, learn, process information, and navigate in your world. I find it important to help you identify your abilities, form new insights, and build upon your resilience. By affirming your strengths I aim to help you develop a more compassionate understanding of yourself. This process is rooted in collaboration, affirmation, and genuine respect for your lived experience, with the goal of helping you feel empowered, understood, and confident.
