About

I am a compassionate and open therapist who values creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for my clients. I believe in working collaboratively, honoring each person’s unique experiences while helping them move toward more fulfilled and self-actualized lives. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic partnership where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I am interested in working with autistic adults because I genuinely value getting to know people as individuals and understanding their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Throughout my work in psychology, I have found that I am especially drawn to helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered rather than defined by a diagnosis. I would welcome the opportunity to support autistic adults in navigating life’s challenges, building on their strengths, and developing greater confidence, independence, and quality of life.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I cultivate a warm and welcoming collaborative environment. My focus is on partnering with you and creating a safe, affirming space in which you feel seen and heard. Ultimately, the hope is to create a space that helps move you towards a stronger, more meaningful, and self-actualized life that supports your overall wellness.
