Hello and welcome to Prosper Health! I am very glad that you are here. My name is Kimberly Richter and I am licensed in Texas. I am passionate about walking the life journey with my clients. Life's obstacles are rarely predictable and often it helps to have someone by your side with whom to talk or process- that's me! I welcome your ideas, your thoughts, and your sense of self. My goal is to help you help yourself. Each one of is unique, and I am committed to offering you a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be uniquely you.
My motivation for working with neurodivergent adults stems from a long work history where I nurtured my belief that all individuals are important and have the right to be seen and heard. I understand that a person's neurodivergence can sometimes make the neurotypical environment a difficult place to exist. I want to help create ways for neurodivergent individuals to communicate with, interact with , and enjoy experiences that may have historically proven to be difficult.
My approach is to affirm the individual and their experience. We work together to identify your unique strengths and abilities and discover how to incorporate those to use to the best of your ability. I firmly believe that each of us has the answers within us on what we need to take the next step forward in life. Sometimes those abilities and strengths can be difficult for us to find on our own- that is where I come in- to help you discover what you already have, and maximize that to the fullest potential.
