About

Hello and welcome! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and licensed to practice in Virginia. What I enjoy most about this work is having the opportunity to truly get to know people, their experiences, strengths, challenges, and what makes them who they are. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, genuine, and free of judgment, where you can show up as yourself. My goal is for you to leave our work together feeling better understood, more confident in your strengths, and empowered in how you move forward.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My passion for working with autistic and neurodivergent clients began with some of my very first experiences in the mental health field, where I had the opportunity to work with individuals with autism. Those early experiences were incredibly meaningful to me and helped shape the clinician I am today. I’ve carried that passion with me throughout my career and continue to value the opportunity to understand each person’s unique perspective, strengths, and experiences.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I believe everyone deserves to feel understood and valued for who they are. I take the time to genuinely get to know each client—their strengths, experiences, interests, and what matters most to them. Rather than focusing on what needs to be “fixed,” we build on what is already there. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, better understand and appreciate your strengths, and feel more confident navigating life in a way that feels authentic to you.
