About
Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Utah, and truly enjoy getting to know people and helping them create lives that feel more manageable, meaningful, and fulfilling.
I work with autistic and neurodivergent adults, and I believe that therapy works best when we approach it as a team. You know yourself best, and my role is to listen, understand what is important to you, and help you find practical ways to move toward the life you want. Whether you're working toward a specific goal, navigating a challenging season, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next, we can figure it out together.
What drives me is seeing people discover their own strengths and realize that growth doesn't have to mean changing who they are. Sometimes its about finding the right tools , building confidence, understanding yourself a little better , or creating an environment where you can truly thrive.
I am based in St. George, Utah and I feel fortunate to do work that allows me to connect with people, celebrate their progress, and support them along the way. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can show up as yourself, feel genuinely understood, and know that you don't have to figure everything out alone.
I'll be honest, working with autistic and neurodivergent adults wasn't something I had specifically planned for in my career at this time; although, I have done therapy with this population before and enjoyed it. I came across the opportunity, and the more I learned about the work, the more interested I became.
I'm drawn to this population because I value understanding people as individuals and meeting them where they are. I want to help you identify what matters to you, build on your strengths, and find practical ways to reach your goals. I'm looking forward to learning from you and helping create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported.
I believe you are more than the challenges you may be experiencing. My approach focuses on recognizing your individual strengths and building upon them, rather than focusing solely on what feels difficult. I want to meet you where you are, listen to what matters to you, and work alongside you to identify practical ways to build confidence and move toward your goals. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and affirmed, while supporting you in recognizing your strengths and realizing your full potential.
