I am so glad you are here! My name is Kelly Scherger. I currently live in North Carolina, and am licensed in North Carolina and am able to see clients in participating PsyPact states. I am passionate about helping individuals live their best lives. I believe in collaboratively establishing goals and working together to help individuals live in a way that is consistent with their personal values. As a clinician, it is important to me to create a safe and welcoming space for all. I look forward to working with you!
I deeply enjoy working with diverse communities, such as the neurodivergent community. I appreciate learning about each individual's strengths and unique experiences. I also feel that it is instrumental to provide validation and understanding for those who have felt invalidated or misunderstood in their lives. My goal is to provide a safe environment for individuals to feel supported, heard, and to fully grasp their unique strengths.
Through my work, I have always sought to provide an affirming, validating, and strengths-based approach. I believe that all humans have unique strengths that should be understood and capitalized upon. Through this approach, I also hope to ensure that my clients feel valued and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
