About
Hello and welcome! I am delighted to support you on your journey. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and Wisconsin, I am passionate about helping individuals maximize their health and well-being while fostering autonomy and self-understanding. I strive to create a psychologically safe environment that aligns with your personal values and goals, ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to partner with you to explore your strengths and find ways to use them in navigating life's challenges. I recognize that each person has a unique journey and I am committed to person centered care that acknowledges where you are emotionally, mentally, and physically.
It is both a privilege and a passion for me to help reduce barriers and promote acceptance, inclusion, and empowerment for all clients. I deeply value the unique perspectives and strengths that neurodiversity brings to our world. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, respected, and supported as their authentic selves. My goal is to create a safe, understanding space where neurodivergent individuals can express themselves freely, access opportunities, and thrive.
During assessments I prioritize recognizing and highlighting each person’s unique strengths, talents, and interests—rather than focusing solely on challenges or deficits. I intentionally incorporate questions about what activities or environments clients feel most comfortable, successful, or engaged. This approach ensures that the assessment process not only identifies areas for support but also builds on the client’s innate abilities and preferences. By affirming all of a client’s identities and valuing their perspectives, I aim to create a collaborative assessment experience that fosters empowerment, self-advocacy, and hope.
