About
I’m a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania and Delaware with a background in community mental health and outpatient care. I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, build on their strengths, and find practical ways to move toward the life they want.I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and challenges with focus and executive functioning. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can speak openly, make sense of what’s getting in the way, and develop tools that fit your everyday life. We’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable and build on the insight and strengths you already bring.
My interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent clients grew through my experience supporting people with diverse needs in community mental health. I saw how important it is to feel understood, respected, and accepted as you are—and how discouraging it can be when support doesn’t fit the person receiving it.I want to offer a collaborative, compassionate space where clients don’t have to hide who they are to be heard. My goal is to understand each person’s strengths, priorities, and challenges, then work together on practical strategies that support their well-being, relationships, and everyday life. I believe care should honor each person’s way of experiencing the world.
I begin by getting to know each person as a whole person: their strengths, interests, values, support needs, and goals. I listen with curiosity, honor each client’s experiences, and work together to build on what is already helping them thrive. When we explore challenges, we do so with compassion and without judgment, focusing on strategies that fit the client’s needs and daily life. My goal is to create an affirming space where clients can show up authentically, recognize their abilities, and move toward the life they want.
