About
Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College. I’m licensed in Georgia, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Vermont. Being a mental health provider is more than a profession to me—it’s a meaningful and evolving part of who I am. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges, embrace their growth, and move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and peace. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy—while always tailoring my work to each individual’s unique story and needs.
My journey into the mental health field has been guided by empathy, intuition, and a deep belief in the power of connection. Even as a child, I was drawn to people’s stories and emotions. That early curiosity to hold space for others eventually grew into a calling. I have spent a significant part of my career working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults. I recognize the strength it takes to be vulnerable and how powerful it can be to offer others a sense of safety, compassion, acceptance, and steadiness. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship, believing that healing begins in spaces where people feel seen, accepted, and supported.
I offer care that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in the way and build skills to help you feel more grounded, capable, and aligned with who you are and where you want to go.I am holistic and person-centered and will honor and meet you where you are. My style is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and a little humor—because healing works best when we can be real with each other.
