About
Taking the first step into therapy can bring uncertainty, hesitation, and sometimes even shame about sharing the full extent of what you're experiencing. Opening up isn't always easy, but therapy can create an opportunity to receive compassionate support, develop practical coping skills and begin making meaningful change. Healing is possible. You don't have to navigate it alone.
I specialize in trauma therapy and the treatment of depression, picky-eating (ARFID), anxiety and OCD-related disorders, providing intensive, personalized therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide evidence-based treatment strategies that can be applied in everyday life to support healing, build resilience and help you live more fully in alignment with your values.
Everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. I am committed to clinical excellence and stay current with developments in evidence-based psychotherapy. Through ongoing education and continued refinement of my clinical skills, I strive to provide thoughtful, individualized therapy based on each client's unique needs and goals.
My interest in working with autistic adults comes from a genuine appreciation for each individual’s unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and accepted for who you are. Together, we can build on your strengths, navigate challenges, and develop strategies that support your well-being and help you live in alignment with your values.
