About
I'm a licensed psychologist based in Atlanta, Georgia, and one of the things I enjoy most about my work is getting to know people beyond the challenges that may have brought them into my care. I've always been curious about what makes each of us who we are—our experiences, how we navigate the world, and what makes us unique.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting adults through psychological assessments and therapy, and I've learned just how meaningful it can be to feel truly seen and understood. I approach my work with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, creating space for people to share their stories without fear of judgment. My hope is that each person leaves our time together feeling not only more informed about themselves, but also more confident in embracing who they are.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping people find the language to describe experiences they've sometimes struggled to understand or explain. I believe there's something incredibly powerful about being able to look back on your life and begin to make sense of your experiences through a lens that honors who you are. Working with autistic and neurodivergent adults provides an opportunity to help individuals better understand the challenges they've encountered, recognize strengths they may have overlooked, and find validation in experiences that may have previously left them feeling misunderstood. For me, it's about offering clinical insight while honoring each person's unique story and helping them feel genuinely seen, understood, and affirmed.
I believe that every individual brings a unique set of strengths, perspectives, and abilities that deserve recognition and celebration. Rather than focusing solely on challenges, I strive to help people identify and build upon what is already working well for them while developing practical skills and strategies to navigate areas where they may need additional support. I value working collaboratively with individuals to explore what feels meaningful and achievable for them, honoring their autonomy and personal goals along the way. Ultimately, my hope is to help people feel empowered to embrace who they are, build confidence in their abilities, and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
