About
Hello, and thank you for choosing Prosper Health as a space to explore your experience of neurodivergence. Differences, strengths, challenges, and areas of growth are all part of natural human variation. My goal is to walk alongside you through a respectful, thoughtful, and supportive evaluation process. I strive to offer an experience that is empowering, affirming, and compassionate as you deepen your understanding through diagnostic assessment.
I am delighted to be part of Prosper Health. My passion for working with neurodivergent individuals began early, when I supported summer school programs in high school. My professional path eventually led me back to autism work as an integrative psychologist in primary care, supporting both pediatric and adult clients.Throughout my career, I have seen the profound impact of neurodivergence—especially when individuals have not had access to thorough, validating assessment. Uncertainty and self doubt can shape both interpersonal and professional experiences. Supporting people in uncovering their strengths, understanding their patterns, and building confidence is deeply meaningful to me. This work continues to motivate and inspire my commitment to serving autistic adults.
Beginning a diagnostic assessment can feel anxiety provoking for many people. I aim to create a comfortable, conversational environment where strengths and areas of concern can be explored with openness and respect. When strengths are acknowledged and celebrated, it becomes easier to discuss areas of vulnerability, skill development, emotional coping, self talk, or goal setting.I honor the curiosity and courage that bring you to Prosper Health and to the assessment process. My approach centers on recognizing what is already working well while supporting the growth you hope to cultivate.
