About
Welcome! I am licensed clinical social worker in New York and Vermont with 11 years of professional clinical experience in CBT, DBT and Certified in Circle of Security Parenting and a Level I Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have experience with supporting clients who are struggling with issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, family conflicts, interpersonal and parenting issues.
I believe that every neurodivergent individual deserves to feel understood, accepted, and supported exactly as they are. My approach to therapy is rooted in respect for neurodiversity, recognizing that differences in thinking, learning, communicating, and experiencing the world are valuable aspects of human diversity.
I bring an affirming and strengths-based approach to therapy by recognizing that every individual has unique abilities, perspectives, and resilience that deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated. Rather than focusing solely on challenges or deficits, I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that align with who they are and what matters most to them.
